What We Do

Vapor Recovery Equipment That Works at the Source

We supply complete stage-3 vapor recovery systems that capture hydrocarbon vapors displaced from underground storage tanks during refueling and unloading — converting emissions into recovered liquid product.

🛢️

Stage-3 Vapor Recovery Units

Compact skid-mounted VRUs for retail gas stations, designed to handle vapors displaced during vehicle refueling and tanker unloading.

⚙️

Membrane Separation Technology

Compressor pressurization, air-cooled condensation and membrane separation recover hydrocarbon as liquid — engineered for gasoline station vapor loads.

🧪

Explosion-Proof Design

Systems built around intrinsically safe electrical components and flameproof enclosures suitable for classified hazardous areas.

Turnkey Support

From technical proposal and installation guidance to commissioning support and spare parts supply for long service life.

🌍

Export Experience

Equipment engineered for overseas projects with attention to local technical specifications and regulatory requirements.

How It Works

From Tank Vapors to Recovered Product

A typical stage-3 vapor recovery loop at a retail station.

Vapor Collection

Vapors displaced from underground storage tanks are collected through the tank venting and piping network.

Treatment

Collected vapors pass through the recovery unit — adsorption beds, condenser or a hybrid train — separating hydrocarbon from air.

Recovery

Recovered liquid hydrocarbon returns to the storage tank; concentrated vapors can be recycled into the process loop.

Clean Discharge

Lean exhaust air is discharged through a safe vent, meeting the project's emission design targets.

Applications

Built for Fuel Handling Facilities

Our systems are sized for a range of hydrocarbon vapor sources.
